I’ve written about this a lot and one thing keeps coming up in the thread. Newcomers to Internet Marketing (very new) ask this one question more than any. “How Can I Make Money Online?”

I say get familiar with the territory. Go online and just surf. Type this query into Google..”make money online” (without the quotes). The amount of sites that pop up will blow you away at first. Here is my recommendation. Keep your wallet in your pocket no matter how good this offer or that offer sounds. Don’t buy it!

You aren’t ready. You don’t know the terminology and if you did happen to know what PPC means you wouldn’t know how to go about it. This advice here is for the total newcomer that’s just starting to get his/her feet wet.

Probably the hardest person to write for is the beginner because it is easy to talk beyond their experience level and thus leave them feeling sort of left out. That’s the way it was for me.

That changed fast when I stumbled across a couple of information resources that are so good for beginners that there really isn’t anything better. These are the only ones I know of that tell you how to make money online starting at a place anyone can understand. They are basically Online Internet Marketing Schools and I can’t imagine getting started without the wonderful, slow pace at which these schools allow you to proceed.

The subject of this article is how to get started. I say go to school. Yes there is an online school of Internet Marketing and it’s where I got my start and I’m still there. It’s fun and easy to follow and will take you from beginner to intermediate to advanced skill sets. I was marketing online by the time I got through the beginner stuff so I can tell you,,,it’s effective!

Now, after you get the starting lessons learned you will be wanting to know how to build a business online. That’s where the process starts to take on a life of its own. If you go the direction most do (because it works)you’ll end up with a website and you’ll be offering products you are a affiliate for or you own products.

I can hear you now. My own product? Believe me when I tell you that everything will look different a little ways down this road. Be patient. Learn all you can. Be persistent.
