Can you see how this is fear driven? I’m sure you know the feeling.

This is not a good way to run a business. Scared that your customers may drop out and disappear. If you do think like this the chances are that you will see the very thing you fear, will happen.

There will always be some who do drop out for a dozen different reasons. Given human nature, its inevitable and not something you can have much control over.

Unfortunately, if your recruits always want everything done for them and are not prepared to put in the work to learn even the basic skills then maybe they are not the ones you want to be working with anyway.

There will always be some who sign up hoping that somehow the money will just start to fall from the sky like winning Lotto. All of us come in with hopes and dreams, and they are essential as its what drives us onward. However,we need to understand what we are getting into and how network marketing actually works.

As a sponsor, we need to be leaders and show our recruits what they need to do, but if we try to do everything for them, naturally there will be some who will just sit back and let you and then complain later or just drop out when things don’t just keep going automatically.

So, how do you attract the ‘right’ people? Not by advertising your company website that everyone has an exact copy of, but by letting them see your enthusiasm and passion. It is this that will inspire them to follow in your footsteps.

How do you show others who you are, what you do, and how passionate you are about your business? Its by the way you communicate - whether it be by posting your progress daily on your blog, by phone, by email, audio recordings on your website, video clips, web-conferencing, the articles you write, your press releases, your forum posts…all these skills you will master over time.
