Your joint venture has allowed you build up a good list from those of other internet marketers. You can now use that to offer others of your products, while also continuing with joint venturing. Sounds good, doesnt it? However, there is just the one problem. How do you get started?

You have several possibilities. First, you could look around for people with products that complement yours. Not exactly the same or you will be competing, but related products. Email them asking if they are interested in a joint venture. They might or might not agree, but if you have no success you will have to do it the hard way, or to put it better, the proper way. First, you have to make a start on your own list. Although you can find a partner without one, it is better and you should at least start, even though it will take some time to build.

Secondly, you should visit forums on topics related to yours. Ask questions, raise posts and answer questions posted by others. Get to know the people on the relevant forums. Join chat rooms and get known there. Try to get known as somebody that knows what they are talking about. Start asking questions about joint ventures, then start emailing a few likely people you have spoken to in the chat rooms and on forums. If they express agreement in principle, send them a copy of your product so they can decide if they want to go ahead.

Once you have a list to offer you will find it even easier. Forming a joint venture is not always easy because people do not generally enter into agreements with strangers, hence the importance of the forums and chat rooms. They will generally want to know about not only your product, but how big a list you have, what your reputation is, and how much money you make.

There is another way to form joint ventures, and that is through a membership site. For a monthly subscription, you can post your product and your details and other members interested in a joint venture can contact you. They also have their own forums so you can get known to others.

If you have a good product and you know how to use joint ventures in internet marketing, then your income can rocket and it could be the start of good internet marketing career.
